Where can I receive the ordered products?

You can get them to any address you want (home, office).

Which courier company is the delivery made?

The only courier company is GLS. The order will be delivered at the address specified in the form. Checking the status of the order will be done by accessing the GLS site using the AWB number found in the expedition confirmation email. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts by the courier company, the order will be deemed canceled and returned to Divalo.

What is the cost of transport?

To orders with a value of more than 100 EUR benefits of free transport. For orders that not reaching 100 EUR, the shipping tax is specified on the checkout page.

Conditions under which you can return the products
I. Withdrawal of the purchased products without any reason, according to the law of e-commerce (Government Ordinance No. 34/2014):

If the product you ordered is not what you wanted, the color or tailoring does not benefit you, you can return it and get refunded the value of the product (withouttransport costs) within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without claiming a reason and without penalties.

What do you have to do in this case?

1. Send us an email on info@clothing.com containing the following information: - Name and surname of the person to whom the order was placed
- Order ID
- Name and quantity of the product(s) for which you want to receive the money-back
- IBAN account to be able to return your money

2. Embed correctly the products you wish to return together with the invoice you received with your order.
3. Please send us the parcel with any courier company you want, at the address mentioned in the CONTACT section, and pay for the shipping costs.
4. When we receive the product, and we find that it has no defects and no signs of wear, we will confirm your return, and within 14 days you will receive the money-back into the IBAN account mentioned in the email.

IMPORTANT! - parcels shipped by you with cash on delivery or without the paid shipment will not be lifted.

* For orders paid with the card, the amount will be returned on the same card used for trading within 30 days of accepting the return.

II. Damaged or damaged items at reception/delivery time:

We, the DIVALO team, always strive to ensure that the products we ship are free of defects, precisely for this reason, before they are shipped, they pass through the quality control department, but there may be some minor failures that go unnoticed. Do not be scared! All you have to do is report the fault by contacting us by phone (see CONTACT) or email at info@divaloclothing.com and we will take all steps to get the product you want in the shortest time. We will ship a new product to you, and you will have to pack the defective product and hand it over to the courier who will bring you the new product. In this case, the transport costs will be fully covered by DIVALO.

III. Misdirected products:

If you received another product, color or size other than what you ordered, please report this error by contacting us by phone (see CONTACT) and we will immediately send you the correct order, so you will prepare the wrong package and deliver it to the courier who will bring you the products you ordered. In this case, the transport costs will be fully covered by DIVALO.
